Drain Relining

Drain pipe relining is a modern and innovative method used to repair damaged drainage pipes without the need for extensive excavation. Instead of replacing the entire pipe, a liner is inserted into the damaged section, creating a new, durable inner layer.

Today, however, thanks to modern technology, drainage pipes can be fixed via the relatively easier and cheaper method known as drain pipe relining.

• Inspection: A thorough inspection of the drainage system is conducted to identify the damaged areas. This is often done using advanced camera technology, providing a clear picture of the pipe’s condition.
• Cleaning: After the inspection, the pipes are cleaned to prevent any obstruction during the relining. The affected pipe is cleaned to remove any waste or obstructions. This ensures a smooth and effective installation of the liner.
• Re-Inspection: Before the new drain liner is fixed, the pipes are inspected once again to ensure all possible interruptions have been removed.
• Liner Insertion: A flexible and resin-soaked liner is inserted into the damaged pipe. Once in place, the liner is inflated, causing it to observe the interior of the existing pipe and create a strong, seamless layer.
• CURING: After installation, comes the curing process. This involves the hardening of the resin to ensure the lining stays in place. When installed via inversion, it can be left to cure by itself, or sped up by running hot water through the pipe. This process typically takes a few hours, after which the pipe is ready for use. 

Drain lining allows them to repair the drain or sewer where they are, without the need to dig up the pipe. So as long as the pipe is still essentially structurally sound, our drain relining specialists can fix it with pipe relining.
